DocSend is built for teams and deal rooms. Peekmark does one job: one deck, a link for each investor, and for each one, how far they read and the slide where they stopped.
What you get on every deck
Each reader types a short code before their first look, and their email is on every page. On DocSend, the email check for viewers is part of its Advanced, Advanced Data Rooms and Enterprise plans (Dropbox help, December 2025).
What Peekmark leaves out
Peekmark is not a data room, an e-signature tool or a CRM. If you need those, keep the tools you use for them.
